The Team

Gary - Director

Gary is a passionate leader. He has a strong sense of vision for First Pave and cares deeply for its reputation and the quality of its workmanship. He is both sharp-minded to help customers think through landscaping projects yet approachable and friendly that helps them feel in control. Customer satisfaction is Gary's highest priority, aiming to never leave a customer dissatisfied and to resolve any issue until a customer is happy.

Gary's job is to build good working relationships with our customers, defining projects, ensuring good communication and that a customer feels properly consulted throughout.

Crag - Foreman

Craig is a shareholder in First Pave, having joined First Pave in 2001. He worked together with Andy (see below) as a team from a previous employment. Landscaping is in his blood. His father Eric worked for us until retirement and even his brother and son have helped us out when we have needed extra hands.

Craig has the character of a mentor and has been a teacher to the other guys, taking them from youngsters to senior landscapers. His willingness to pass on his experience and learn new skills has made us a multi-skilled company.

Andy - Senior Landsaper

Andy is also a shareholder, having joined First Pave with Craig (above) in 2001. Andy has a more sociable character, more talkative and often endearing himself to customers along the way. He may discuss the work with our customers on the job, and can help influence decisions which often improve outcomes.

Matt - Labourer

Matt is a steadfast, strong worker. He is a solider at his work and very stable. He has never had a day off work for illness and is always polite with our customers. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him. Matt has always worked in the landscaping business and has quickly become a valuable permanant member of the First Pave team.
