Working Little Miracles

In more populated urban areas, gardens tend to be olong in shape, longer than they are wide. This can seem claustrophobic and you may feel little can be done. However, it is possible to create an illusion to give a greater sense of openness.

For example, we can look at the shape of the lawn and other areas, and rotate these at an angle, bleeding lawns, paving and planted area to the edge, making it feel as though they extend beyond the boundaries of the property and giving an illusion of greater size.
