What Our Quotation Includes

Paving or landscaping can be a big investment, and before any commitment, you will want to be sure of what you want to achieve, your budget and in which contactor to place your confidence.

Our quotation is designed to help you identify and answer all your questions and in the process of meeting us and seeing how we work, hopefully give you the confidence to entrust your project with us.

Our quotation process may take place in a few stages according to the scope of the project. This process is outlined below.

1. Initial Quotation

To begin, we meet with you and discuss your paving or landscaping project. Depending upon the scope, we may suggest the involvement of one of our trusted partners to discuss a particular specialism if necessary.

Out of this consultation, we will develop a thorough specification and present for your review the following:

a. Itemised line-by-line quotation in spreadsheet form

2. Quotation Review

As a result of the intial quotation, you may want to consider adjustments to help tally the project with your budget, or develop it further now that you have a clearer picture.

The quotation review is a meeting which offers you the opportunity to raise questions and make adjustments where necessary.

3. Formal Quotation

With the project now clearly defined, we offer a formal quotation with a full cost breakdown, including any revisions arisen from the review.
